My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near the main activities in PDC. However, the price didn't match the online description, and the service lacked in some aspects.
Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, and it seemed quite outdated. The bathroom definitely needs a renovation. While the room was spacious, it lacked sufficient furniture and seemed to be amidst construction noise most mornings at 9 am.
The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, the beach, and many bars and restaurants which is great for exploring the area. The rooms could benefit from more natural light without compromising privacy, with basic but adequate amenities. The service was friendly and helpful, though not always proactive. Overall, a value-for-money accommodation with mixed room features.
The hotel provides a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The central swimming pool area looks luxurious but can be noisy, affecting sleep quality. Additionally, discrepancies in the room quality and unexpected extra charges upon arrival were a downside. The humid smell in the bathroom, poor Wi-Fi signal, and limited reach added to the mixed feelings.
The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and close to the nightlife, offering modern and spacious rooms. However, some elements are dated, and noise from the nearby night club can be bothersome.
